Program Guidelines*:
Offer applies to residential homeowners in National Grid’s Upstate NY territory who currently use natural gas, but not for heating.

High efficiency Equipment must be ENERGY STAR rated to qualify for the High Efficiency Rebate.

Customer’s residential (Rate 1) gas account needs to be established prior to rebate being processed.

Rebate Checks will be sent to the mailing address listed below approximately 4-6 weeks after approval.
Offer expires June 30, 2008

Customer eligibility:  Heating equipment installed from 3/15/08 to 6/30/08 is eligible.  It must be installed at the installation address listed on the submitted application and National Grid must receive the required documentation listed by 7/30/08

Post installation work verification:  The company reserves the right to perform a verification of the specified installation.

Proof of proper Installation:  As part of the incentive application, the customer is required to submit dated copies of invoices documenting the installation (including materials, labor and heating equipment and a signed installer’s contract).
