A public relations announcement is issued to the media in order to make the public aware of new developments.  Local newspapers, television and radio stations are always looking for the latest story. Send out a press release when there are new programs, discounts or products.

Take advantage of this FREE publicity for your business, be proactive and keep customers informed on the latest way they can save money on heating and cooling costs.

Standard Press Release format:
• Typed, double-spaced
• Your contact information in upper right hand corner
(Contact, company, address and phone number)
• Eye-catching headline, use bold type
• Limit to 1-2 pages
• Include: who, what, where, when, why and how

Remember you are not writing the article; you are presenting factual information to the media in hopes they will write about it.
Find your local media stations online, get their address and send
your press release.

The odd thing about working in the home comfort industry is that you can never get too comfortable. 

The extremes can go from a month that’s so busy that you wonder why you don’t have more trucks and more techs to meet the demand to a pace so slow you start counting the packs of sugar your employees use in their coffee. Yes, that’s the nature of a business that runs, dare I say it, “hot and cold.”
