John Splendido
President

A graduate of Bryant University in Rhode Island, John worked for one of the Big Six accounting firms and operated his own business before joining the RJ Murray team more than 20 years ago as Business Manager, overseeing Finance, Human Resources, and “everything else that does not fall under Sales & Marketing.”

In 2015, John was promoted to Vice President & General Manager, where he continued expanding his leadership role while consistently demonstrating exceptional commitment to the organization - ultimately culminating in his appointment as President in October 2025.

Chuck Kabrehl
Commercial Sales Manager

Chuck's experience includes over 40 years of experience in HVAC field sales, estimating, project management, application, and engineering support. His comprehensive knowledge of the commercial heating and cooling products RJ Murray offers ranges from the largest centrifugal chillers down to the smallest of split systems. RJ Murray has received the coveted Carrier Commercial Top Gun Award numerous times in recent years as a testament to our success in the region's commercial market.

Brian McCoskey
Director of Sales & Marketing

Brian comes to RJ Murray with over 30 years of sales and sales management experience with him. Throughout his career he has made delivering an exceptional customer experience his number one priority and adopts the philosophy of being a business partner to his customers. Brian holds an MBA from the University at Albany and is proud to lead the RJ Murray sales team.

Carolyn Rogers
Business Manager

Carolyn Rogers serves as Business Manager at RJ Murray Company, where she oversees key functions including finance, human resources, and daily business operations. She works closely with leadership and staff to support efficient processes, strengthen communication, and help ensure the organization operates smoothly.

Since joining the company in 2018 as a Billing and Pricing Coordinator, Carolyn has developed a strong understanding of the business and its operations, leading to her current role. She is a graduate of Keuka College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communication, a background that supports her collaborative approach and focus on clear, effective communication across the organization. She is committed to supporting RJ Murray’s continued growth while helping maintain the company’s strong reputation for quality service and customer support.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Carolyn is a devoted wife and mother. She takes pride in balancing her career and family life while contributing to the continued growth and success of RJ Murray Company.
